Breda O’Regan, CEO

Breda O’Regan has extensive senior level business background with over 20 years delivering success for large multinationals. In her most recent roles as Financial controller of Janssen Sciences Ireland and Finance lead on Global J&J M&A deals, she played a pivotal role in identifying synergies, leading teams, and driving strategic partnerships that have propelled growth and expansion. Breda is a chartered accountant and holds a commerce degree from UCC.

Sinéad Buckley, COO

Sinéad is a highly skilled Process Engineer and registered Pharmacist. Her expertise spans the design, commissioning, and qualification of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. In addition, she has extensive experience in community retail pharmacy helping patients. This unique combination of skills allows her to bridge the gap between production and patient care. She is an alumni of the BioInnovate Ireland programme, affiliated to Stanford University.
